At Gioude, we work to deliver your order as efficiently as possible, wherever you are in the world. Please read this policy in full before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays in the country of origin of the shipment.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.
Estimated Delivery Times
All timeframes below are estimates measured from the end of your processing period. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier capacity, or local public holidays.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders starting from USD $80.00 or more.
Orders below USD $80.00 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Where available, expedited shipping options will be shown at checkout with their associated costs.
Important: Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Gioude ships on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
This means product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, customs clearance fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or any other charges levied by your country's customs authority. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Gioude has no control over these charges and cannot predict or guarantee their amount. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Country-specific notes:
Australia: GST (10%) applies to all imported goods since July 2018, regardless of order value. This may be collected by the carrier at delivery.
United Kingdom: Import VAT applies to most goods entering the UK. This is determined by UK customs based on the declared value.
European Union: VAT applies to imports. Thresholds and rates vary by member state. Non-EU goods may also attract customs duties depending on value and product category.
Norway / Switzerland / Iceland: Customs duties and VAT apply despite not being EU members.
Canada: GST/HST and provincial taxes may apply as determined by the Canada Border Services Agency.
Brazil: Import taxes (II, IPI, ICMS, and others) may apply. Brazilian customs regulations change periodically.
India: IGST and customs duties may apply depending on declared value and HS code.
South Africa: VAT (15%) and customs duties may apply on imported goods.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may be shipped from more than one location (China, the United States, or the European Union) depending on product availability and fulfillment routing. You may receive separate packages at different times, each with its own tracking number. No additional shipping fee applies to split shipments.
Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Gioude is not liable for orders delayed, undeliverable, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customs refusal), we will contact you. Reshipping may require an additional fee. If reshipping is not requested, a product-only refund may be issued at our discretion after deduction of any return freight costs incurred.
Delays & Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of your order date, please contact us at gioudecenter@gmail.com and we will open a formal carrier investigation.
